What should I post?

  • Words, pictures, and videos. People love visuals!
  • Let people know you are at the State House and that you met with your legislator.
  • Take pictures or videos in your meetings and post them to your social media accounts.
  • Tag the American Heart Association in your posts @HeartMASS.
  • Tag your legislator (see separate list).
  • Post pictures of yourself and your group in the hallways, outside legislative offices, near the Senate and House chambers, or near anything else that catches your eye.
