  • Follow @HeartMASS on Twitter and Instagram and use #BostonHeartWalk in all of your tweets.
  • A tweet can only be 140 characters long. All the tweets below meet that criterion.
  • Include one of the provided images (“Heart Walk Facebook Post” and “Heart Walk Twitter Post”) in your social media messages when possible.
